Use your judgement - measurements are approximate!
1. Mix peanut butter, almond flour, steel cut oats, honey or agave, and a pinch of salt.
2. Mix well, then spoon out and squash them flat. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, then cool.
3. Spread a moderate amount of conconut oil on one side and top with another cookie. Squish the two cookies together. Enjoy your healthy treat!
