Your daily diet plays a major role in your overall health. A diet high in acid forming foods cause a high acid condition. If this condition is not eliminated, it will take its toll by slowly breaking down the body. Your cells begin to age and can enter the first stages of disease. To ensure pH balance, the body will dissolve its own skeletal structure to assure an adequate supply of alkaline minerals such as calcium and magnesium.


The good news is that by making relatively minor changes in your diet and lifestyle, you can bring your body into a healthy acid/alkaline balance regardless of your age, and live healthier in the process.

Eat & Be Well teaches you how to set up a Fast Food Refrigerator, and also teaches you what to eat, portion sizes and how to prepare meals. In fact we even have the shopping list ready to take to the grocery store. – And as I said on the home page, we do everything EXCEPT buy it, cook it and chew it for you! Now all that’s required is your burning desire to get and stay healthy.

When you are ready to get started, read through the book, make a copy of the shopping list, and pop one of the CD’s in your car and Krystal Gray herself will talk to you on your way to the grocery store. She travels along with you when you are on your way to a party or social gathering to help you stay the course by encouraging you regarding NOT succumbing to the many temptations you may encounter.

Note: The participants on this program with the most success have said they listened to the teaching CD’s no less than 12 to 14 times during the 90 days.
