Perfect for breakfast - healthy pancakes  from LifeFitness 4U client Trinity.  Here's how to whip up these amazing pancake alternatives:

- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 6 egg whites
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- cinnamon to taste
