Would you like a wonderful idea for a quick breakfast?  Peanut Butter and Chocolate Peanut Butter Shakes anyone?  My kids say, "yes please"!  My husband does, too!

- Milk (Raw Dairy, Almond, or Coconut)
- Frozen Bananas
- Protein Powder (we suggest a plant based powder)
- Peanut Butter
