BROWN RICE + VEGETABLE STIR-FRY :


- 1 Cup of brown rice
- 2 cups of "rainbow salad" (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and carrot)
- 1 TBS of Braggs liquid aminos
- Some Kelp granules sprinkled on top.

- Put a little olive oil in a non-stick pan and stir-fry the veggies for about 2 minutes.
- Add pre-cooked brown rice and Braggs and stir until warm
- Sprinkle kelp granules on top
- Yummy!
