- 1 Sweet Onion, chopped
- 1 Bell Pepper of any color, chopped
- 1 Large Ripe Tomato, chopped
- ¼ C Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- ½ lime, juiced
- Salt and Pepper to taste

- In a medium bowl, combine avocado, onion, bell pepper,
tomato, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Gently
toss until evenly coated.
- Place on the
top of romaine lettuce
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simply eat it straight or eat
with Ezekiel Bread.
