PROTEIN AND VITAMIN FILLED BREAKFAST

This healthy scrambled eggs, asparagus and toast breakfast took me less than 10 minutes to prepare!  Make some time to stock your fridge with whole foods - it makes such a difference when preparing a healthy breakfast on a hectic weekday morning!  And always remember - what's the worst breakfast you could ever have?  NO breakfast at all!  Try to start your day with a glass of water, then eat something for breakfast.

- asparagus
- coconut oil or butter
- sun dried tomatoes
- eggs
- seasonings to taste

Adjust quantities of ingredients above depending on the number of people you're serving!  Directions : Saute asparagus in coconut oil or butter.  In a separate pan, saute sun-dried tomatoes.  Add eggs.  Scramble. Season to taste, but be aware the sundried tomatoes will add a bit of salt.  Toast bread, add a dab of butter.  Enjoy!
