Adjust quantities of ingredients above depending on the number of people you're serving! Directions : Saute asparagus in coconut oil or butter. In a separate pan, saute sun-dried tomatoes.
Add eggs. Scramble. Season to taste, but be aware the sundried tomatoes will add a bit of salt. Toast bread, add a dab of
