PAIGE'S PROTEIN SHAKE :

1 handful each (or ¾ cup each) of the following:

Steel  Cut Oats
Lentils
American Basmati Rice

Optional to add: 

Pea
Hemp Seed
Flax Seed
Mung Bean

Grind to powder in a blender, Magic Bullet or Coffee Grinder

Add to each shake:

5 Tablespoons in Almond or Coconut milk
2 scoops of It Works! Greens
1-2 capfuls of Aloe Vera Juice
1-2 Tablespoons of Flax Seed oil
(If you have Flax seed in your protein powder mixture omit this step)
