- 2 cups puree or 1 can pumpkin
- 3 eggs (seperated)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1tsp vanilla

- Separate egg whtes and beat until stiff and set aside.
- Mix all other ingredinets until well blended.
- Fold in egg whites until completely incorporated.
- Line ramekins or small coffee cups lined with parchment or pour into well buttered baking dish.
- Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes. Do not open the oven while baking! Use the oven light!
- Top with pecans or whipped cream.
