QUICK TIP : Jim's Favorite Vegetable Juices

I encourage people to drink  vegetable juice every chance I get!  Vegetable juice has carried me through MANY a busy work day. Whenever I have wanted that sugary snack or couldn't leave for lunch before 2 pm, it has been the vegi juice that has carried me through - and surprisingly well! 

I have been drinking the Harvest Farms organic vegi juice from Ingles and really enjoy it.  I really like the Very Veggie from Knudsen also. The great thing about the Harvest Farms is that it is easy to find and is inexpensive at $2.38 for...64 oz. 

 Once your taste buds reset, the Very Veggie is really very sweet and serves my cravings for sweets amazingly!
