A recipe for healthy salt and vinegar kale chips in 5 easy steps. Everyone in my family loved these!
1. Wash, rip, and drain kale and spinach.
2. Add two tablesoons olive oil,
balsamic vinegar, and a few dashes of salt.
3. Put four full fistfuls of
kale and spinach and toss.
4. Heat oven to the lowest temperature and place
greens on a pan cover with parchment paper.
5. Place a fan at the oven to
reduce moisture and allow greens to "dehydrate" for about an hour or
until crisp.
