KALE CHIPS :

- Kale
- Spinach
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil 
- 2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- Sea Salt

- Wash, rip and drain kale and spinach.
- Add 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. balsamic and a few dashes of sea salt to the mixture.
- Heat oven to the lowest temperature and place greens on a pan that has been covered in parchment paper.
- Since ovens vary, check your greens every 15 minutes.  Remove when crispy.  

Everyone loves this potato chip substitute!
